These *leather and rabbit fur medicine bags took me many moons to create, making sure that each item would bring the owner powerful healing not only in the physical body, but in the emotional and spiritual bodies as well. Rabbit fur was chosen for these bags for rabbit’s ability to multiply the energy of the contents while adding a touch of peace. You can use the items in the bag individually, or keep them all together for a potent bag of magic which you can place on your altar, keep on your person, or place in a room needing these particular magical properties. Feel free to add other items to your bag, making it specific to your needs.
My healing medicine bag includes:
Iron Pyrite- This stone stimulates the second and third chakras. It’s a powerful crystal aiding in strength of mind and remembering your own power.
*Deer antler tip- Deer evokes gentleness and heart intelligence. This animal may present themselves to you if you’ve been hurt and your heart needs tending. Working with deer’s energy can help you work toward your goals from a place of positive intentions and a clear heart.
Arnica herb- This is a powerful healer of the physical body. Examples include bruises, sprains, muscle aches, wound healing, joint pain, inflammation from insect bites, and swelling from broken bones. You can also place Arnica in water and sprinkle it under windows and doorways in order to keep negativity at bay.
Quartz- This crystal is considered by some to be a master healer. It’s said to: amplify energy, aid concentration and memory. Perfect for amplifying the energy of the contents of the medicine bag.
